So, obviously Skate 2 is gonna be different, but just how different are we talking here? You already have realistic levels, styles that look like each respective skater, flip tricks that look real -- what more could you want? There's a lot to take in, so take a deep breath and read on.

Skate 2 features double the amount of tricks that were in the original Skate. Including foot-plants, rail slides, fingerflips, lip tricks, inverts, ollie norths, hippie jumps, and lastly the ability to Skitch (pulling on the bumper of a moving car while on a skateboard to gain speed). That should be a fun, quick way to get from spot to spot!

Skate 2 will also feature the choice of creating either a male or female character, rather than just male. There are a bunch of female rippers out there after all, so this makes sense.
Did you bail while trying to jump down a set? No worries, just run back up the stairs and try again. That's right, you now have the ability to get off your board and walk or run around. This also includes jumping! But that's not all. While on foot, players can move certain objects in the world, creating their own lines. Nearly 100 objects will be movable by the player. No police barrier, garbage can or park bench is safe!
